Quality is a way of life at Softura, that is to say Softura recognizes the importance of quality in meeting customer requirements, and has implemented stringent quality assurance and control measures. The quality systems at Softura are based on proven methodologies, and have been a significant factor in contributing to its growth. Softura adopts a process-oriented approach for executing projects and meeting its quality goals. The processes themselves are based on the TQM concepts.
Organizational Knowledgebase

The company knowledge base, which comprises process definitions, capability baselines, quality checklists and various other standards and templates, allows Softura to predict cost, schedules and risks based on past experience. It also enables us to better define the performance expectations of our customers and how best we can satisfy them. Softura's quality system is well equipped to handle changes in specifications and manage risks, as it has well defined processes to address these types of ambiguities.
Quality Assurance Group

The Quality Assurance Group, an independent department within Softura, makes sure that the quality goals are met for all projects that we undertake. It maintains and enhances the Quality System and processes periodically, based on experience gained from project implementations. Every project that we undertake will be assigned an engineer from the QA group to ensure that the quality objectives are met during all phases of the development cycle. The group uses tools such as Rational Team Test to ensure the quality objectives.
Knowledge Sharing

The prime resource of any company positioned in any industry segment, is the combined knowledge of its manpower. It is even more so in the Software industry, which is constantly evolving. Softura has recognized this fact and launched what is internally known as the "Mind Share" initiative. This initiative emphasizes the value of knowledge sharing and promotes ways and means to share the knowledge within the organization. This ensures that no time is wasted re-inventing the knowledge that is already available within the organization, thereby resulting in better productivity. This also ensures that our customers have the collective wisdom and knowledge of the whole organization supporting them and not just the people who represent the company on site. All systems, processes and documentation are available on the company Intranet and it fosters a mindset for sharing and helping out colleagues within the organization.
Training

At Softura we are constantly honing the skills of our already talented group of employees by training them on the state-of-the-art technologies. Whenever we take a project we make sure that we assign people who are qualified and capable of handling the work. We also encourage and facilitate in-house training, wherein the employees conduct training classes for their peers.
