• Crane rental operations and heavy equipment lifecycle.
• Fleet management & telematics (preferably Samsara or similar).
• Asset Management and Maintenance

• Own business analysis strategy for the product roadmap; align requirements with business goals and KPIs. 
• Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
• Lead discovery workshops with senior stakeholders to define high-impact features. Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
• expertise in requirements elicitation, definition, and user story writing.
• Communicate, validate and obtain requirements signoff from relevant stakeholders
• Support UAT strategy, regression coverage, and release readiness; ensure zero-defect delivery for critical features.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring clarity and feasibility of requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Test business processes and recommend improvements
• Identify automation opportunities
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
• Maintain Work items and Dashboard in DevOps
• Analyze, define and mange Change Requests from Customer
• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies and Defect Triaging
• Obtain UAT Signoff from relevant stakeholders
• Must act as an SME from ODC to manage requirements
