• Hands on expertise in C#/ASP.NET & .NET CORE/ Azure/ MVC/JavaScript with a track record of delivering complex solutions using great code.
• A great communicator of ideas & solutions and a lateral thinker when faced with complex performance or production issues.
• Passionate about mentoring juniors and being part of their growth journey
• Minimum of 10 + years of experience in building multiuser .NET applications, at least 2 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC, Web API and Entity framework/Dapper, min of 3-year experience as an architect
• Should be able to provide technical solution(s) for the given requirements
Good Experience in .NET applications design
• Experience in test driven development using NUnit/xUnit and mocking frameworks
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure and understand the nuances of Azure apps.
• Pre-Sales (solution for proposal and estimation) experience is desirable
• DevOps experience is desirable

• Will be a part of Enterprise Architecture Group (offshore)
Work with project teams time to time on coming up with technical solution and architecture & design for the given set of requirements
• Document identified design and collaborate with the architects for approval
• Guide the technical lead(s) on the project for implementing the design and ensure adherence to the same
• Educate the project teams on best practices and standards
• Hands on coding for complex problem solving/proof of concept ideas
• Code Reviews
• Be a part of standardization of tools/processes
• Get involved interview/evaluation processes for fresher’s/experienced candidates
• Troubleshoot problems and identify better solutions to the problems
