Must Have:

Windows workstation OS installation, troubleshooting issues. Laptop preparation and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Installation and troubleshooting applications like Microsoft office, Visual Studio. Working in ticketing system and adhering to SLAs.
Good communication skills, clarity in understanding requests and correctness in sending responses.
Enthusiastic to know and manage applications like DLP, CrowdStrike, Sentinel One.
Selfdriven and interested in fixing application related issues.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Azure
Basic knowledge in Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
Server monitoring, performance monitoring, and security tool monitoring.
Zoho End Point central / Mange Engine End Point central for end point management or any other remote tool.

Knowledge in Zoho helpdesk
Knowledge in Windows Active Directory, servers.
Enthusiastic to learn and manage applications like DLP, CrowdStrike, Sentinel One.
Self-driven and interested in fixing application related issues.
Basic knowledge in AWS.
