Role Overview

Candidate with minimum 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner with Project Management and scrum experience
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Scrum team while facilitating Agile Scrum practices.
Analyse business requirements, translate them into product or sprint backlogs within depth business requirements to meet PI Prioritization.
Lead the Scrum team / Scrum of Scrum teams ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Product Owner / Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, or related field

• Proven experience as an SEO Lead/Manager or similar role

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, SpyFu)

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
• Experience of using AI tools (Preferred)
• Experience of working on PPC campaigns (Preferred)
• Experience of working in the Software/IT industry or with Software/IT clients

Responsible for creating backlogs with story refinements including description, acceptance criteria, risks, dependencies.
Work with Scrum Team for Capacity Planning / Velocity Planning and present during PI Planning.
Collaborate with Scrum Team for Sprint delivery within the schedule.
Co-ordinate with stakeholders for timely reviews and approval
Prepare and present Key project / product progress status reports using customer preferred template or widely used industry template.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation.
Play the role of SME for functional modules and do the knowledge transfer to the scrum team / new joinees.
Identify and implement new business process and best practices

Scrum Master

Conduct and facilitate scrum ceremonies not limited to PI Planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demo, and retrospectives.
Coach team on Agile methodologies, scrum process and best practices.
Ensure the agreed velocity is met with sprint goal delivery
Track and report on scrum team progress and performance using Jira / Kanban dashboards and other reporting metrics.
Proactively measure project risks to identify and resolve the conflicts with the scrum team.
Effectively utilize Kanban and Jira boards to manage workflow and track progress.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience with project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Good in Customer / Vendor / Team Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agile – PMPO and other certifications would be an added advantage
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Kanban Board).
Hands on in Board Management by creating user stories and managing them effectively.
