• Triage of the reported incidents
• Proactively Monitoring the Application Health Dashboards
. • Acknowledge any auto generated Application Alerts and act upon appropriately
• Following Knowledge base / Run book for administrative operations, service requests
• Perform configurations changes, fixing data issues, perform code fixes / change requests / enhancements as required
• Adherence to Service Level Agreement
• Escalate un-resolved issues to Dev Team if the issue is not resolved within the stipulated time defined in the existing process.
• Perform RCA for un-common / critical issues in coordination with Development Teams.
• Update the Knowledge base with RCA findings
• Develop Operational dashboards / Tools to improve the operational processes
. • Participate in Release Management Activities to keep up to date with on-going activity
• Collaborate with Infrastructure / Network / Security teams for any planned maintenance activities
