Windows workstation OS installation, troubleshooting issues.Laptop preparation and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Installation and troubleshooting applications like Microsoft office, Visual StudioWorking in ticketing system and adhering to SLAs.
Good communication skills, clarity in understanding requests and
sending responses.
Enthusiastic to know and manage applications like DLP, Crowdstrike,
Sentinel One.
Self driven and interested in fixing application related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, or related field

• Proven experience as an SEO Lead/Manager or similar role

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, SpyFu)

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
• Experience of using AI tools (Preferred)
• Experience of working on PPC campaigns (Preferred)
• Experience of working in the Software/IT industry or with Software/IT clients

Knowledge in Zoho helpdesk and Manage Engine End point central.
Knowledge in Windows Active Directory, servers, Microsoft 365 tenant management.
Enthusiastic to know and manage applications like DLP, Crowdstrike, Sentinel One.
Selfdriven and interested in fixing application related issues.
