A major energy provider reached out in need of an advanced Reporting and Analytics to capture data from fuel systems across the U.S. At the time, they had one individual on their team that did not have the necessary experience to pull together the data and metrics they were in need of.
We worked to generate custom reporting that allowed the company to gain access into important information that would notify them as to when they need to service tanks prior to the tank being empty. To do so, our team set up an Azure Data Lake to store all relevant data and generate advanced analytics through Analysis Services. Ultimately updating devices where readings were inaccurate or providing faulty data.
Our enhanced solutions offered the company greater visibility into their business, allowing them to be proactive with their customers rather than taking a reactive approach. To date, unstructured data is now being stored allowing for real-time insights, creating imminent opportunities for the company.
