Solution

Mobile app was developed in Xamarin for ease of enhancements and maintenance by internal IT team

To deliver a visually appealing and cohesive User Experience, we analyzed existing and expected user behavior

Visual design of the apps comply with the company’s branding guidelines

The key functionalities of the app are:

• Multifactor Authentication

• Biometric Log-in
• Uploading documentation from the device file system or photo capture

Mobile App Client and Rest API architecture

Open ID Connect (OIDC) authorization flow to authenticate mobile app users

Since the API was developed by the client in-house, our team had to coordinate efficiently on technical specification and schedules with their API team so that both the app and API were developed seamlessly together
